Daniel founded Yard Partners with Neil in 2004.  He has worked in publishing and the business we like to call 'online' since 1996 and held the position of CEO at Emagazineshop, a joint enterprise with John Menzies plc.  Prior to this Daniel was fortunate enough to work on the launch of VIZ magazine and his particular favourite, Gardens Illustrated during his time at John Brown Publishing.  Daniel used to live in the 'Nut House' when he grew up....it explains a lot.

Lauren Sexton

Marketing and PR Strategist

Lauren joined Yardpartners in early 2009, stepping into Digital Marketing from a PR and Communications background. Her expertise lies in Digital Marketing Strategy focusing on Online PR, SEO and Social Media Management. She'd get everyone using Twitter if she had her way! Her slightly scary organisation skills when it comes to project management coupled with looking after the development team has earned her the nickname 'Mother Goose'... amongst others we don't dare tell her about.

Maciek Szcześniak

Maciek prefers the digital world to the real one...we suspect that he might actually be hard-wired into his MAC as the two seem inseparable....and long may that continue!

Lester Cockerill

Designer

Originally hailing from rural Lincolnshire, Lester joined Yardpartners early in 2010 as a freelancer, going on to become a full-time member of the team in August of the same year. Having completed a four-year Multimedia Design degree, which included a year working at Caterpillar as a graphic designer, he went on to work full-time as a freelance multimedia designer. Nowadays Lester works on the visual look and feel of all brands across the Yardpartners' digital portfolio alongside the rest of the design and development team.  He sports the normal designer hair cut but watch this space....

Rodo H Orellana

Digital Designer

Rodo is more lost than Neo in Matrix... he doesn't exactly know how deeply he is in the digital world (and his headphones!) but we know it is pretty damn deep! Rodo has worked as a multimedia expert since 2001 in great cities such as Girona, Barcelona & Paris where he was able to discover, train, learn and fill his graphic and digital toolbox with an abundance of experience. Throughout his career he has worked on major projects for Disney, Buenavista, French Sports Federations & Universal Music. He finally and happily landed at Yard Partners last year and brings that wealth of experience to bear on many new and exciting projects.  His mother is also a great foodie and regular sends over packages from his native Spain - we are very pleased about this....

Matt C Stokes

Illustrator

Joined 2008

Matt is responsible for the majority of visuals for Yardpartners' e-learning projects and websites, and generally feels awkward writing about himself in the third person. Having graduated from the University of Brighton, he went on to cut his teeth on art-directing magazines and creating illustrations for a wide range of clients, including Dazed & Confused, Boxfresh and National Geographic Channel. Freelancing took him to exotic far-flung lands such as Switzerland, Chichester, and...King's Cross, working for a variety of publishing houses and design companies. He has yet to use his 72-piece crayon set for a Yardpartners project!

Kara looks after our business development very successfully.  She makes the teams lives easy by finding us great clients to work with and long may she continue to do so! 

Sylwester Gruszka

Sylwester joined Yard Partners in 2010. Although he was freelancer before, he now feels at home with us! He holds a degree in electronics & telecommunication and has been interested in all things relating to IT since he was a nipper. His skills and web development experience led him straight to our door...

George Juer

Bear & Squirrel Director

George was brought on board to run Bear & Squirrel, an exciting new venture from Yard Partners. The company operates a sporting agency and offers a full concierge service (one to the high standards that only George would expect for himself).

Having owned a bar in Spain, instructed sailing and spent a year on a tall-ship (some would say a year was not enough), George decided to go back to his country roots and spent nine years working in the London Gun Trade where he developed his knowledge and skills to be the perfect man to run Bear & Squirrel... 

Sian Johal

Marketing Admin Assistant

Sian is our newest team member and is the smiling face that will greet you if you happen to visit the Yardpartners office. 

After reading English Literature, Sian moved back to London and joined Yardpartners as a Marketing Admin Assistant to support the Directors and Management team on all admin and digital marketing functions. 

With great organisation skills and confidence, she keeps us all in order!

Our particularly beautiful lab, Margaux, gorgeous little sausage Minnie and the scruffy runt Wags keep morale high and stress levels low...unless you deliver to our office that is!

Expect to be greeted by a 'furry friend' when visiting us - no, not Neil
